ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE AND STAY
Certainly. We are only 500 metres from the bus stop and about 3 km from the Lido di Savio/Lido di Classe railway station.
Yes, our facility is barrier-free and all floors are conveniently accessible by lift.
We are practically by the sea: the beach is only 30 metres from the hotel.
In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need for your leisure time: restaurants, bars, clothes shops, a pharmacy and a playroom for the little ones to enjoy.
We are in a perfect location for fun! Mirabilandia, Mirabeach and the Safari Zoo are only 8 km away. With a short drive you can also reach Italia in Miniatura (45 km), Aquafan, Oltremare and the Cattolica Aquarium (about 60 km).
Yes, we require a deposit of €300 for stays over €700. For smaller amounts, a deposit of 20% of the total is required.
If you cancel your booking within 20 days of your arrival date, you may recover your deposit during the current season. After this deadline, the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
In the event of early departure, as stipulated in the municipal regulations, a penalty equal to the cost of 3 overnight stays is required.
Check-in is available from 1 p.m., while we ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Yes, our reception is open 24 hours a day to ensure that you can move around freely at any time.
No, tourist tax is excluded. The amount is € 2.00 per day per person, up to a maximum of 5 consecutive days. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt.
SERVICES
We offer different solutions for every need:
Overnight only: use of the room without meals.
BB: Bed and breakfast.
Half Board / Full Board: meals with microfiltered water included.
Plus formulas: include water and 1/4 house wine (or soft drink/beer) per person.
Beach formulas: include beach service (1 parasol and 2 sunbeds).
All Inclusive: our most comprehensive formula that includes both drinks with meals and beach service.

Yes, we have a 150 cm deep pool, ideal for cooling off, open daily from 9 am to 7 pm.
Absolutely. For the little ones we provide cots with high sides, bed rails, high chairs in the room and dedicated menus.
We cooperate with Horizon Beach and Bagno Gustofino, both just 30 metres from the hotel.
We offer two options: "Parking Side 1", which is free of charge and available while spaces last (cannot be reserved), and "Parking Side 2", which guarantees parking space at a cost of €10.00 per day.
We welcome small and medium-sized animals. There is a one-off surcharge of € 20.00 for final cleaning of the room. Please note that our four-legged friends are not allowed in the swimming pool and dining room.
Yes, bicycles are available to guests; they cannot be reserved and a small deposit is required.
Of course, you can leave your luggage at our luggage room both on arrival and departure.

Yes, our privileged location allows all our rooms to have a balcony with a sea view.
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a minibar for free use by our guests.
All rooms have independently controlled air conditioning, which is already included in the price of your stay.
KITCHEN
We do not have any specific products for coeliacs, while we are happy to offer dedicated alternatives for those on a vegetarian diet.
Certainly. We kindly ask you to inform us of any allergies or intolerances when you make your reservation so that we can make the best possible arrangements.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30 am, lunch from 12:30 to 1:30 pm and dinner from 7:30 to 8:30 pm.
Yes, on request we can replace the hotel lunch with a convenient packed lunch.
